Moshe Leider was born in the U.S.S.R in 1945, where he later attended Art Academy. After moving to Israel, his studies continued at the Art College in Ramat-Harsharoni. He has also been a teacher of art for more then 10 years. Most of his works tend primarily toward the lyrical expressive figurative. Leider is also known for his abstract compositions. He prefers to work in watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media. His works are characterized by their treatment of line, color and matter. Moshe Leider has participated in various group and individual exhibitions throughout Israel, France, Germany, Sweden and the USA.
